Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! It's Becky, and I just wanted to share a quick post for my week of THANKS! So this may have been a stretch with the letter N, but after having an enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner with my family, I have to say that I am very thankful to be able to provide a nice Thanksgiving dinner for our family! Now that the plates have been cleaned, the leftovers put away, and the boys have fallen asleep for a late afternoon nap, it is a nice time to reflect on the gifts we have been blessed with and how the routine holiday meals we have with our families are unfortunately not routine for those less fortunate. I am thankful today, and everyday, for the everyday comforts I can provide for my boys.

Hello again, it's Becky! I know you're probably as shocked as I am that I have now blogged 3 days in a row! I am determined to finish this week of THANKS! So here's my "A!" Just last Friday, my class became a 1:1 classroom! Our district rolled out iPad minis for every first grader in our district! Although this change has been overwhelming and stressful, (mostly because there is so much I want to try and I'm not patient enough to wait!) I feel very blessed to have this opportunity that I know many other teachers are only dreaming of. My goal is to implement these iPads in authentic and meaningful learning experiences. Stay tuned to see the progress!
Be sure to check out the other bloggers to see their thankful A's! ~Becky Hello, Becky again! I'm linking up with Blog Hoppin' for Day 2 of T-H-A-N-K-S! I couldn't imagine life without Greg and our two boys! Being the only girl in the house does have its moments, but I don't know what I'd do without the laughter, matchbox cars, and silly boy noises. Greg is the best, most involved dad, and a great example for our boys! I am very thankful to have the next 6 days to spend with the three of them! What would your "H" be? Link up! ~Becky
