Good luck, and I hope everyone has an enjoyable end to your week!
Hi everyone, it's Becky! It seems like forever since I've written a blog post! I've been out of the classroom a lot for our interview team, and we have also been busy getting ready for a big trip to meet a famous mouse and his pals! (Can't wait!!) I wanted to pop in to share some news about a big giveaway! Brooke from Countless Smart Cookies has reached 500 TPT followers! (Woohoo!)
Such an accomplishment calls for a giveaway! We joined in on the fun and donated $5 Winner's Choice item from our store! (Winner may pick one item from our store $5 or less.) We are part of the First and Second Grade bundle. You can see all of the wonderful TPT stores participating in this bundle right here:
Brooke is also giving away bundles specifically for PreK & K, 3-5, Middle-High School, and Special Ed! You can enter the rafflecopters for these bundles by going to Brooke's blog here!
Good luck, and I hope everyone has an enjoyable end to your week!

Hi everyone, it's Becky! I'm linking up with Farley for the April Currently! Let the fun begin!
Listening: Have you seed Married at First Sight yet?! It's on A&E, and I have to admit that we're hooked. The whole premise is intriguing and it sucks you in because you want to see if these couples really will stay married.
Loving: I think these are the best Easter Bunny pictures yet! Neither one of the boys is crying or scared, and the EB is a cute one! (Leave it to Brown's Orchard to have a cute bunny!)
Thinking: So you may be thinking that I'm a bit off of my rocker for this, but let me explain! It's all about potty training. (This may be TMI for some of you, and for that I apologize. Feel free to skip to the next category!) Urban has no problem going #1 in the potty, but he had an iron will to not go #2…no matter if it was on the potty or in a diaper. He would hold it for DAYS to the point where his stomach would hurt so bad. I'm not sure how we even figured it out, but someone we found out that having Grant, our Christmas Elf on the Shelf, come every time he had a successful #2 on the potty was enough incentive for him to do it again the next day. So, Grant has been coming pretty consecutively for a month now! YAY!!! But now that we think Urban has got it down, Grant has to go back to the North Pole. Luckily Easter is coming up, so we are going to have Santa write a letter asking for Urban to leave Grant out for the Easter Bunny to pick up on Easter Eve. The EB will drop him off at the North Pole while delivering Easter goodies for the elves. HA! The things we do as parents! #whateverworks
Wanting: Sleep! I have been a part of our districts interview team this year for new hires. It has been a great experience, but the 6:50 AM start time is not easy for a non-morning person!
Needing: Urban has finally decided that he wants a tractor birthday for his party in 2 weeks. So I need to dust off my silhouette and see what I can whip up for our big guy! I can't believe he is going to be 3 already! Where does the time go?! Blog Name: Greg and I met in our introductory education classes at Elizabethtown College and the rest is history! We love that we are both teachers and have a sound board for each others' ideas. We truly do make each other better! Thanks for stopping by and reading my currently! I hope you all have an amazing April and a very happy Easter! |
